By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. This website is operated by RR Affordable Deck Builders of Roselle, IL.

This site is information, not a contract

Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote or a binding agreement. Any work we do for you is governed by the written proposal and contract we sign with you, not by these pages. If something here conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls.

Pricing information

Where we publish price ranges, they are typical industry ranges for this area intended to help you budget. They are not quotes. Your actual price depends on the size of the deck, the material, the height, the stairs and railings, site conditions and permit requirements. The only number you can rely on is the written price we give you after an on-site visit.

Estimates

On-site estimates are free and carry no obligation. Scheduling one does not commit you to hiring us and does not commit us to taking the project.

Permits and code

Building codes, permit requirements, footing depths and railing rules are set by your village and change over time. We describe them on this site to be helpful, and we verify the requirements that apply to your project before we build. Do not rely on this website as the final word on your municipality's current code.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate and current. Even so, content may become out of date and may contain errors. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

Project photographs on this site are of work performed by RR Affordable Deck Builders unless labelled otherwise. Photos show individual projects and are not a promise that your project will look the same or cost the same.

Intellectual property

The content, layout and images on this site belong to RR Affordable Deck Builders or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them without asking. Manufacturer names such as Trex, TimberTech, Azek, Fiberon and Deckorators are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the products we install.
