Every board we install
We are not tied to one manufacturer, so we can match the board to your sun exposure and your budget rather than to a supplier agreement.

Every Trex line and color, installed over a frame built to the spacing Trex specifies.

Fiberon Decking

Mineral-based boards built around traction. The pick for poolside and anywhere that stays wet.
Cedar & Wood Decks

Start here
Not sure which one you need?
It comes down to what's under your deck, not what the boards look like. Here's the short version.
There is no deck yet
Bare grass, a walkout door or a concrete slab you want to build over.
New Deck ConstructionThe boards look bad, the frame feels solid
Grey, splitting boards but firm posts and no movement when you walk it. This is the cheaper fix.
Re-Decking & ResurfacingThe deck moves or the posts are soft
Spongy posts at ground level, or sway underfoot. New boards on a failing frame is money spent twice.
Deck ReplacementStill not sure? We inspect underneath for free and tell you honestly which job you need, including when the answer is the smaller one.
Composite or wood, we build both
Most deck companies in this area only sell composite now, because it's the bigger ticket. We still build in cedar and pressure-treated, and for plenty of yards that's the right call.
The frame is identical either way. The surface is where your budget goes to work, and we'll give you the real numbers for both at the estimate.

Questions about our deck services
What deck services do you offer?
We build new decks, replace old ones, re-deck existing frames and install railings. That work comes in composite, PVC, cedar or pressure-treated, in single-level, multi-level and custom layouts. Everything on this page is done by our own crew.
Do you build decks in my town?
We're based in Roselle and build across DuPage County and the northwest suburbs. We have dedicated pages for 19 towns, and we work well beyond them. If you're not sure, call us at (630) 523-8543 and we'll tell you straight.
Which service do I actually need?
It depends what is under your deck. If the frame is sound you likely want re-decking, which costs far less. If the posts are soft or the deck moves, you need replacement. Starting from bare grass means new construction. We inspect it free and tell you which one applies.
Do you subcontract the work?
No. The crew that quotes your deck is the crew that builds it. That is the whole reason we can stand behind the work, and it is why there is one person accountable if something is not right.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed, bonded and fully insured on every job. Illinois does not issue a state-level deck builder license, so what matters is village registration and proof of insurance. We carry and provide both.
